Job Context

We are looking for energetic, target-oriented, and hardworking
Sales Promotion Officer (SPO)
to expand our market coverage in the Khulna region. The selected candidates will play a key role in field sales, product promotion, dealer/retailer communication, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

Managing the company`s agricultural products (seeds, fertilizers & pesticides etc.) sales and marketing activities.

· Visit markets daily and promote company products to retailers and wholesalers.

  • Generate new dealers/retailers and maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure proper distribution of products.
  • Collect orders, follow up on delivery, and maintain sales records.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and share with the line manager.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Assist in bill collection and ensure timely payment follow-up.
  • Maintain professional behavior with customers and uphold the company's code of conduct.
  • Conducting product exhibitions, field days and promotional activities at the farmer level.

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum HSC passed or diploma (Agro)
  • Graduation will be considered an advantage.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 1 years
' experience in sales & marketing

Additional Requirements

  • Must be energetic, honest, and target-oriented.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be willing to work in field-level sales.
  • Ability to ride a motorcycle will be an advantage.
  • Previous experience in selling agricultural products will be preferred.

· Must have basic knowledge of smartphones and Android applications.
