The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. This hybrid role is critical to our success, serving as the bridge between our online presence and our in-person showroom experience. You will be responsible for converting digital engagement into tangible sales and cultivating lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management:
    Proactively engage with all customer inquiries, comments, and messages across our social media platforms to convert leads into confirmed sales.
  • Showroom Sales:
    Provide an exceptional in-person experience for walk-in customers, offering expert product consultation and closing sales effectively.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a diverse clientele, ranging from individual buyers to large corporate accounts.
  • Target Achievement:
    Consistently work towards meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Professional Communication:
    Maintain a high standard of professionalism and product knowledge in all customer interactions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A natural talent for sales with demonstrable skills in negotiation and closing deals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident and customer-centric approach.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) for business communication.
  • A self-motivated, proactive, and energetic individual with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.

What We Offer

  • Job Type:
    Full-time, Permanent
  • Work Schedule:
    10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • Base Salary:
    BDT 14, ,000 per month (negotiable based on skills and experience).
  • Uncapped Earning Potential:
    A lucrative 1% commission on every secured sale (both online and offline) with no upper limit. Your ambition directly drives your income.
  • For example, a single corporate order of BDT 500,000 results in an additional BDT 5,000 commission.
  • Additional Benefits:
    Monthly tea allowance of BDT 1,000.
