Role Overview:

The MERN Stack Developer will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing modern web applications using MongoDB, , , and The role involves close collaboration with the design and product teams, writing clean and scalable code, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack
  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate UI/UX into functional code
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while following best practices
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for maximum performance
  • Work with RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services when required
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
  • Manage version control with Git and ensure smooth CI/CD processes
  • Deploy applications and monitor performance in production environments

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in MongoDB, , , and
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Experience in RESTful APIs and front-end performance optimization
  • Hands-on knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps workflows
  • Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and improve performance in both backend and frontend systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills within cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
