Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
MERN Stack Developer
to join our development team on a
project-based, on-site
engagement. The successful candidate will possess strong technical expertise across the
MERN stack (MongoDB, , , )
and demonstrate a proven track record of delivering scalable, high-quality applications within professional environments.

This role requires a self-motivated professional with excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement project requirements.
  • Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to best practices for coding standards, version control, and documentation.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and provide input on process improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • 4–5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development using the MERN stack.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Proficiency in building and integrating RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub and agile development methodologies.
  • Experience in deployment and server management will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
