Application Executive
to join our growing team.

Position: Application Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit student applications on university and visa portals.
  • Maintain and update application records accurately.
  • Communicate with universities and internal teams as required.
  • Assist with document formatting and ensure proper compliance with admission requirements.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Freshers are encouraged to apply
    – training will be provided.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, online portals).
  • Good typing speed and attention to detail.
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva/Photoshop) for application and document formatting.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • (Extra skills to stand out – not mandatory):
  • Knowledge of international university application processes.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems or data entry tools.
  • Good English writing & comprehension skills for correspondence.
