Responsibilities & Context

  • Supervision and monitoring of factory activities throughout the entire operational period.

  • Security post monitoring, bill checking, supervision over goods transaction.

  • Keep records of transport, movement register, shipments in the Garments Factory.

  • Support factory management for elimination of inconsistencies on the basis of audited findings.

  • Maintain the highest standards for canteen/dining facilities, ensuring a conducive and hygienic environment.

  • Monitoring utility facilities in the factory (available drinking water, electricity, gas, uninterrupted power supply).

  • Monitoring wastage management and disposal/sale.

  • Maintain discipline and administrative duties for overall betterment of the Factory.

  • Ensure clean and safe working environment.

  • Discipline and train the security team for overall security and governance of the Factory.

  • Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by management
