Overview

We are seeking an
Associate Support Engineer
to support daily business operations through issue resolution, report analysis, documentation, and coordination with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will assist with UAT activities, supervise shop floor operations, and ensure smooth communication with stakeholders while providing timely technical and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Analyze reports, prepare tracker files, and circulate updates.
  • Supervise shop floor operators.
  • Provide business-as-usual support.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate to the appropriate group.
  • Maintain communication with the business team.
  • Prepare documentation (SOP/OPL).
  • Conduct training sessions.
  • Perform UAT for business releases.
  • Coordinate with L2 and L3 teams for business requirements.
  • Participate in roster duty.

Qualifications

  • Education
    : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience
    : Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and hard-working.

Preferred Skills

  • Microsoft O365
  • Basic networking knowledge and hands-on experience
  • Basic understanding and experience with Windows & Linux systems
