Sales & Marketing Executive
Job Description / Responsibility
- Communicate professionally with clients through Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Respond to client messages and comments in a timely, polite, and convincing manner.
- Make phone calls to potential clients, understand their needs, and provide appropriate guidance.
- Share course details, training materials, brochures, and promotional documents with interested clients.
- Clearly explain course outlines, training facilities, learning outcomes, and career opportunities via chat and phone calls.
- Invite clients to the office for counseling sessions and arrange lab/office visits when necessary.
- Maintain daily communication logs, follow-up records, and CRM data accurately.
- Generate leads through social media activities, paid/organic campaigns, and online engagement.
- Follow up with leads regularly until successful conversion and sale closure.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and actively contribute to business growth.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, events, branding activities, and promotional programs.
- Collect client feedback and share insights with management to improve services and strategies.
- Maintain professional conduct and uphold the company's brand value at all times.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor's or Honors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 4 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Candidates from any discipline with relevant sales and marketing experience may also apply
- Professional training or certifications in Sales, Digital Marketing, or Business Development will be considered an added advantage
- Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
- Confidence in handling client communication via phone and social media.
- Ability to maintain continuous, timely, and professional communication with potential clients.
- Prior experience in a training institute or coaching center in similar roles (sales, social media handling, phone support, client communication) will be highly preferred.
- Good understanding of Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and online marketing communication.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently.
