About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Graphic Designer
with
2–3 years of professional experience
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and impactful designs across digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency while bringing fresh, innovative ideas to our creative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce marketing materials including social media graphics, website banners, brochures, posters, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to develop creative concepts and visual solutions.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and deliver a strong visual identity.
  • Edit and enhance images, infographics, and illustrations for campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
  • Manage multiple design projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven work experience
    as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as
    Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)
    or equivalent.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills in both digital and print media.
  • Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma or Canva.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design is an advantage.
