Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer/Visualiser who can create impactful social media static content as well as print materials. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics, brand consistency, and the ability to turn marketing ideas into engaging visuals across both digital and print mediums.

Key Responsibilities:


• Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality static creatives for social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).


• Design print materials such as brochures, leaflets, posters, banners, packaging, business cards, and other marketing collaterals.


• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.


• Collaborate with the marketing/content team to visualize ideas into effective designs.


• Adapt and resize creatives for various platforms and print requirements.


• Work closely with vendors/printers to ensure print quality and correct file formats.


• Stay updated with design trends in both digital and print media.


• Manage multiple design projects while maintaining deadlines.


• Maintain an organized archive of all design assets.

Requirements:


• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer/Visualiser with a portfolio showcasing both social media designs and print work.


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma (preferred).


• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, branding, and color theory.


• Understanding of print production requirements (bleed, CMYK, resolution, formats).


• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:


• Basic motion graphics/animation skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro).


• Experience in packaging design or outdoor advertising.
