Job Description / Responsibility
- 1) Lead Negotiator:
- Act as the primary point of contact for negotiations with publishers.
- Lead negotiation meetings and present proposals to publishers.
- 2) Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with publishers.
- Address concerns and maintain professional engagement throughout the partnership.
- 3) Market Research Analysis:
- Conduct market research on publishers, pricing models, and industry trends.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform negotiation strategies.
- 4) Legal Advise (Contract Specialist):
- Review and finalize contracts ensuring legal compliance.
- Advise on any legal issues during negotiations and post-agreement.
- 5) Financial Analysis (Costing and Budgeting):
- Analyze financial impacts and profitability of proposed agreements.
- Ensure agreements align with organizational budget goals.
- 6) Communications Coordination:
- Manage all internal and external communication throughout the negotiation process.
- Draft and send clear communications, keeping stakeholders informed.
- 7) Operations Support Specialist:
- Provide logistical support for negotiation meetings, both in-person and virtual.
- Track important deadlines and maintain negotiation schedules.
- 8) Data Entry and Documentation Assistance:
- Maintain accurate records of negotiations, agreements, and contracts.
- Organize and store documents for future reference.
- 9) Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with legal, financial, and market research teams to craft negotiation strategies.
- Ensure alignment of negotiations with company goals and objectives.
- 10) Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution:
- Quickly address any issues or concerns that arise during negotiations.
- Ensure smooth resolution of conflicts to maintain positive relations with publishers.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 22 to 28 years
- Maintains a healthy lifestyle (non-smoker preferred)
- Presentable and confident appearance, with a tall and professional posture
- Clear and engaging vocal presence suitable for communication or presentation tasks
- Smart, proactive, and well-groomed, with strong interpersonal skills
- MBTI Profile: Preference for candidates with ENTJ or ENFJ personality types
- Physically energetic and mentally resilient, able to handle dynamic work environments
