Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Comilla for an Assistance Relationship Manager. The Assistance Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, resolving client queries, providing financial advice, and supporting senior Relationship Managers. Additional tasks include handling account-related issues, performing administrative duties, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

  • Administrative and Organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in banking or finance is preferred
