About the Role:

We are looking for an online sales and marketing manager with proven expertise in online sales and strong communication skills to join our growing team. If you are creative, results-driven, and passionate about social media, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

You will be responsible for managing our brand's online presence, driving product sales through strategic campaigns, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective social media marketing strategies

Manage content creation and scheduling across all major platforms

Boost online sales through engaging campaigns and ads

Communicate with customers professionally via inbox, comments, and calls

Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports

Collaborate with others to align marketing goals

Key Requirements:

Only experienced candidates are eligible to apply

Over 2 years of experience in social media marketing and online sales

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bangla and English

Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, and other platforms

Basic graphic design knowledge is a plus

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Benefits:

Salary: BDT 25,000/- to 30,000/-

Sales Incentive + Performance Bonus

12 Casual Leaves & 3 Sick Leaves per year
