At TechnoPx Digital Ltd., we're searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage full-funnel digital growth, implement advanced paid media strategies, and build long-term digital success for the company.

If you're experienced with Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, SEO, funnel optimization, analytics, and growth marketing frameworks, we want you to join our expanding team.

What You'll Be Doing:

This is a full-time, on-site, and hybrid role at our Dhaka office. As a
Digital Marketing Specialist
, you will be responsible for:

Paid Media Management & Funnel Execution

• Running and optimizing
  Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and multi-channel paid campaigns
• Designing
  full-funnel marketing strategies
  (Top, Middle, Bottom of Funnel)
• Conducting
  audience segmentation
  , remarketing, and lookalike audience creation
• Setting up
  advanced conversion tracking
  (Pixel, UTM, API Conversion Tracking)
• Conducting
  A/B tests
  across creatives, audiences, formats, and landing pages
• Scaling campaigns based on data insights and ROAS-driven decisions

Strategic Social Media Growth

• Developing
  branding-focused, trend-driven, and growth-oriented social strategies
• Building
  monthly content calendars
  , creative briefs, and conceptual ideas
• Identifying
  viral opportunities
  , reels, trends, and competitor patterns
• Managing influencer collaborations, outreach, and creator partnerships

SEO, Web Traffic, and Content Optimization

• Improving
  organic traffic
  , ranking, backlinks, and keyword positioning
• Running
  on-page, off-page
  , and technical SEO improvements
• Using tools like
  Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush / Ahrefs
• Ensuring landing pages are optimized for
  speed, conversion, and engagement

Growth Marketing & Data Analytics

• Creating detailed
  marketing dashboards and performance reports
• Analyzing customer behavior, funnel drop-offs, and user journey insights
• Applying
  CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
  principles
• Running
  email marketing
  and CRM-based retention strategies
• Using data to forecast
  campaign budgets, growth projections, and cost control

Brand Development & Long-Term Strategy

• Supporting the company's
  brand positioning and market expansion plan
• Planning
  quarterly and yearly growth strategies
  aligned with business goals
• Contributing to long-term marketing innovation for the next
  3–5+ years
• Participating in strategic discussions to evolve TechnoPx's digital presence
• Being proactive, self-driven, and committed to continuous learning & innovation

Qualifications, Skills & Experience We're Looking For:

• Strong mastery of
  Meta Ads Manager
  ,
  Instagram Ads
  , and paid media best practices
• Deep understanding of
  funnel metrics
  , ROAS, CAC, CLV, retention & scaling
• Excellent sense of
  creative trends
  , digital storytelling, and viral mechanics
• Skilled in
  SEO, analytics, tracking systems, and growth experiment design
• Comfortable working with tools:
• Google Analytics, Search Console
• Meta Business Suite
• Semrush / Ahrefs, Notion / Trello / Asana for planning
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally
• A mindset of
  ownership, accountability, and long-term commitment
• Ability to manage a high workload, stay organized, and meet deadlines
• Eagerness to grow with the company over the next
  5+ years
