Hello Fresh is a growing agro-processing company specializing in high-quality, handcrafted pickles made with natural ingredients. With a commitment to taste, hygiene, and tradition, we are now focusing on expanding our footprint in the international market.


Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and experienced Export-Oriented Marketer to lead our international sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding Hello Fresh's presence in overseas markets, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through export channels.


Key Responsibilities:

1.Identify and develop new export markets for Hello fresh products (especially pickles).

2.Maintain communication with international buyers, agents, and trade representatives.

3.Research and analyze global market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

4.Participate in international food expos, trade fairs, and B2B matchmaking events.

5.Prepare export marketing plans and implement strategies to boost foreign sales.

6.Manage export all legal documentation, LC/TT procedures, and compliance with export regulations.

7.Collaborate with production and packaging teams to meet international standards.

8.Regularly report on export sales, market feedback, and forecasts to management.


Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree in marketing, International Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).

2.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in export marketing, preferably in FMCG or agro-based products.

3.Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); additional language skills a plus.

4.Knowledge of international trade regulations, INCOTERMS, and export logistics.

5.Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM/export tracking tools is a plus.

6.Ability to work independently, travel abroad (if required), and meet export sales targets.
