About the Role

Magpie Nest is looking for a skilled and data-driven 
Social Media Marketing Specialist
 with hands-on experience in 
Meta marketing, media buying, SEO, and LinkedIn marketing
. This role suits someone who understands how digital channels shape business growth across both the 
Bangladesh and UK markets
. The ideal candidate can design and execute paid campaigns, optimize organic reach, track results through analytics, and contribute to brand positioning with strategic content ideas. A strong grasp of 
AI-driven SEO trends and local SEO growth strategies
 is essential for the role.

What You'll DoMeta Marketing & Media Buying

• Run targeted paid campaigns for UK and BD ventures across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, other Meta platforms & LinkedIn.
• Manage campaign budgets, optimize ads, and ensure strong ROI through precise targeting and analytics.
• Study audience behavior to refine ad performance and increase conversions.
• Create a sales funnel for all the ventures.

SEO & Growth Optimization

• Develop actionable SEO strategies focusing on local SEO and AI-driven search trends.
• Perform keyword analysis, optimize site structure, and improve content visibility across search engines.
• Use AI-based tools to monitor algorithm updates and adapt growth tactics accordingly.
• Can generate weekly & monthly reports based on SEO initiatives from Google Analytics.

LinkedIn Marketing & Personal Branding

• Build strong organic and paid growth campaigns for business pages and executive personal branding.
• Create or guide engaging LinkedIn content that reflects thought leadership and industry expertise.
• Increase brand authority through targeted outreach, content planning, and profile optimization.
• Perform personal branding through LinkedIn IDs.

Content Strategy & Analytics

• Generate creative content ideas aligned with business objectives and brand voice.
• Track performance through 
  Google Analytics
  , identify patterns, and report growth insights.
• Implement data-backed improvements to drive continuous digital performance.

What You Must Have

• Proven 
  2+ years of hands-on experience
   in Meta marketing and media buying.
• Strong knowledge of 
  SEO
  , with expertise in 
  local SEO, trend analysis, and AI-based automation changes
  .
• Practical experience in 
  LinkedIn marketing and personal branding strategies
  .
• Ability to analyze data using 
  Google Analytics
   to support growth decisions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convert insights into action.
• Creative thinking and strategy execution skills across the BD and UK markets.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Proven record of running profitable Meta ads, achieving SEO growth, and building LinkedIn presence.
• Ability to generate ideas and execute campaigns based on trends and business goals.
• Self-driven mindset, capable of managing multiple campaigns independently.

Compensation:
 
Competitive salary package based on experience and qualifications. (Range 30,000-40,000 BDT)
