We are looking for a motivated Graduate Engineer to join our team. If you are a recent graduate eager to build your career, sharpen your skills, and contribute to cutting-edge commercial projects in the Fintech domain, this opportunity is for you. You will primarily work on backend development in Java-based platforms using Spring Boot and Microservices, with the possibility of contributing to frontend tasks in the future.

What You Will Do

  • Work under the guidance of senior engineers to design, develop, and maintain backend services.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle—from requirement analysis to coding, debugging, and testing.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in applications.
  • Contribute to enhancing legacy applications in the Digital Banking and Payment industry.
  • Apply theoretical knowledge (OOP, design patterns, etc.) to commercial products.
  • Learn and use tools like Git, shell scripting, and Linux commands in daily work.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Explore and adopt new technologies as project needs evolve.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Solid understanding of OOP concepts, Java basics, and programming fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of RDBMS and database design.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux commands.
  • Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a strong R&D mindset.
  • (Preferred but not required) Exposure to Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and Design Patterns.

Experience

  • Fresh graduates are welcome. No prior experience required.
