A specialized distribution company is looking for Officer,Finance.
Job Description:


• Manage the cash flow of the company and coordinate with departmental heads concerning the internal control procedures.

• Efficiently manage billings and payables of the company.

• Oversee compliance of VAT & TAX for the company.

• Responsible for financial management systems which includes budget preparation, forecasting, budget revisions.

• Coordination with the finance and HR team to ensure full compliance with the administrative and financial rules and regulations.

• Liaison with external audit firm, review audit and ensure appropriate support & cooperation to auditor.

• Manage organization's corporate affairs, issues which include approvals, renewals, permissions from governing authorities of Bangladesh.

Required Education


• Minimum graduation in Finance/Accounts from any reputed national or international university.

Required Experience


• Minimum 5 years experience in managing finance and accounts, 3 years in managerial position.

Other Requirement


• Expert in accounting management software such as Tally, QuickBooks or other ERP. Excel proficiency is a must.

• Self-motivated and punctual.

• Strong oral and written communication skill in English and Bangla.
