Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote the company's products and retail operations.
  • Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) to increase engagement and brand visibility.
  • Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and sales.
  • Create and manage content calendars, including posts, videos, graphics, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze website and social media analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Coordinate with design and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Manage email marketing, SEO/SEM, and influencer collaborations for product promotions.
  • Research current market trends and competitors to keep the company's digital strategy updated and innovative.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and campaigns.
  • Any task assign by management.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A) in Business Administration
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Skills Required: Retail Marketing, Buying House, Digital Marketting, Adobe Illustrator

Experience Requirements

  • 8 to 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Design/Printing/Publishing,Trading or Export/Import,Buying House,Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

Additional Requirements

Experience Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in Retail or Buying House sectors (Readymade Garments)
  • Proven experience in social media management, online campaigns, and SEO/Google Analytics.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and trends.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva/Photoshop, Mailchimp, and SEO tools.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead campaigns independently and meet deadlines.
