We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will plan and execute SEO and ad campaigns, create engaging content, and manage our social media presence—all with one goal:
real leads, conversions, and revenue

We don't measure success by clicks or impressions. We measure it by
B2B leads and closed deals
.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and run effective SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical, and local) to improve website ranking, build quality backlinks, and keep the site healthy.

  • Manage and update website content like blogs, service pages, case studies, and videos using keyword and competitor research.

  • Handle social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Behance) and share content to grow engagement and build community.

  • Lead a small team or freelancers if needed

  • Write clear and engaging content for ads, emails, and social media to support campaigns and increase conversions.

  • Run and optimize digital advertising campaigns using Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and remarketing strategies.

  • Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Tag Manager, and CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce; run A/B tests to improve results.

  • Keep up with Google updates and SEO best practices to improve overall digital marketing performance

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience as an Digital Marketing Executive/SEO (B2B /BPO /Saas industry preferred)
  • Run paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, including remarketing.
  • Worked on on-page, off-page, and technical, local SEO, and AEO.
  • Created blogs, case studies, videos, and shared portfolios to promote work.
  • Managed LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Behance — focused on growing audience.
  • Used Google Analytics, Tag Manager, HubSpot, Salesforce, and did A/B testing.
  • Wrote ad copy, social posts, and email campaigns that connect with the audience
