, who will work closely with our marketing team to conduct various digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing budgets effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using analytics tools.
  • Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Adroll, and other relevant channels.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to drive conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling digital content, including website content, social media posts, videos, and graphics.
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Oversee social media strategy and content calendar.
  • Lead SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and competitor analysis.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and user engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (May be relaxed for deserving candidates).
  • 2-3 years experience in running ads on Google, Facebook, and AdRoll.
  • Experience in running retargeting and PPC ads.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Must know analytic tools and digital marketing software.
  • Good knowledge of On-Page SEO, backlink building, and outreach.
  • Working knowledge of utilizing Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Good command of English. Writing and Speaking.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Passion for learning and staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
