We are looking for a creative and results-driven 
Marketing Executive– Digital & Creative

with experience in running online campaigns, producing marketing materials, and generating new content ideas. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital campaign management, content creation, and basic video editing. Familiarity with AI tools and creative marketing trends will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Google, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to drive leads and engagement.
  • Create and manage marketing materials such as visuals, banners, flyers, and other digital assets for campaigns and promotions.
  • Develop and propose new content ideas aligned with brand goals and campaign themes.
  • Support video content creation and editing for promotional and educational purposes.
  • Utilize AI-based tools (e.g., Canva AI, Runway, etc.) to enhance content quality and campaign efficiency.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the creative, sales, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media advertising, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, and video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
  • Knowledge of AI tools for content creation is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
