Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Video Editor role located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Video Editor will be responsible for the creation and editing of video content, ensuring high-quality production standards. Daily tasks include color grading, adding motion graphics, and collaborating with the graphics team. The Video Editor will work closely with other team members to deliver compelling and impactful videos that align with the company's mission and goals.

Location:

Current: Mirpur-10, Dhaka (Opposite Panir Tank, Arafa Shop/IFIC Bank, 8th Floor, Plot-30, Senpara)

Soon relocating: Beside Jamuna Future Park, Dhaka

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit videos in multiple formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9, 4:5)
  • Add motion graphics, lower-thirds, subtitles, and basic animations
  • Perform color correction, audio cleanup, and select licensed music/SFX
  • Manage timelines, media, and version control to ensure timely delivery
  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams
  • Export platform-optimized deliverables for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

Requirements:

  • Freshers welcome for internship positions.
  • No student can apply.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro; knowledge of After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus
  • Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and social media hooks
  • Basic thumbnail design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
  • Must share portfolio or reel (via links or Google Drive)

Compensation & Perks:

  • On-office duty, no home office or hybrid.
  • Full-time: Competitive salary based on experience (20k-25k)
  • Internship: BDT 10,000/month + lunch + snacks
  • Annual performance-based increments and festival bonuses
