  • যন্ত্রপাতি সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা থাকতে হবে।

  • পার্টির কাছ থেকে অর্ডার বুঝে নিয়ে তা সময়মত উৎপাদন ও ডেলিভারি করা।

  • পার্টির সাথে সবসময় যোগাযোগ রাখা এবং অর্ডার বাড়ানোর মানসিকতা রাখা।

  • উৎপাদন প্রক্রিয়া তদারকি করার পাশাপাশি উৎপাদন সময়সূচী পরিকল্পনা ও বাস্তবায়ন করা।

  • গুণমান নিশ্চিত করার জন্য প্রাক-উৎপাদন কার্যক্রম পরিকল্পনা ও সম্পাদন করা। উৎপাদন যাতে সাশ্রয়ী হয় তা নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।

  • শ্রম ও উৎপাদন এবং অন্যান্য সম্পদ দক্ষতার সাথে চলমান রাখতে হবে

  • কার্টুন এবং পলি সেকশনের কাজে ব্যবহারিক অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।

  • উৎপাদন প্রক্রিয়া পর্যবেক্ষণ করা এবং প্রয়োজন অনুসারে সময়সূচী সামঞ্জস্য করা পণ্যের মান পর্যবেক্ষণ করা।

  • প্রয়োজন অনুসারে কারখানার বিভিন্ন বিভাগের মধ্যে যোগাযোগ করা।কোম্পানির নীতি এবং লক্ষ্য বাস্তবায়নের জন্য বিভাগীয় প্রধানদের সাথে কাজ করা।

  • উৎপাদনে জড়িত সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাগ এবং কর্মীদের তত্ত্বাবধান এবং উদ্বুদ্ধ করা

  • পরিকল্পনা অনুযায়ী দৈনিক লক্ষ্যমাত্রা উৎপাদন অর্জনের জন্য ব্যবস্থাপনা, ক্ষমতা এবং শক্তি সহ উৎপাদন পরিকল্পনা পর্যালোচনা করা

  • দৈনন্দিন পরিকল্পিত লক্ষ্য অর্জনে সহায়তা করা।
