Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Technician for our team in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Technician will handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems. Daily tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring systems are operating at peak efficiency. This is an on-site role requiring direct interaction with clients and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience with HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of refrigeration systems and their components
  • Ability to follow technical manuals and schematics
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Technical certification or diploma in HVAC or Refrigeration is preferred
  • Previous experience in industrial, commercial, or marine HVAC systems is a plus
