Key Responsibilities:

Pathologist

• Deliver accurate pathological examinations & reports.

• Interpret complex test results to guide clinical decisions.

• Provide leadership in advanced diagnostics.

• Ensure the highest quality standards in lab practices.

Scientific Officer

• Oversee lab operations and ensure smooth workflow.

• Drive research, innovation, and best practices.

• Maintain compliance with international standards.

• Train and support lab staff for professional growth.

Lab Technician

• Perform routine & specialized tests with precision.

• Handle lab equipment, calibration, and troubleshooting.

• Prepare & analyze patient samples.

• Keep accurate test records and documentation.

Sample Collection Specialist

• Collect samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.) safely & ethically.

• Label, store, and transport specimens properly.

• Ensure patient comfort and maintain hygiene.

• Assist lab technicians in sample preparation.

What We're Looking For

• Degree/Diploma in Pathology, Medical Laboratory Technology, or related field.

• Valid certification/license (where applicable).

• Strong technical knowledge & analytical skills.

• Team player with excellent communication.

• Commitment to accuracy, safety, and patient care.
