Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive ICT Operations Technician to support IT infrastructure, monitor systems, and troubleshoot issues. The candidate must have a client-focused mindset and be willing to travel to client sites for service deployment and support, working efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor servers, network devices, and storage systems; perform routine checks and preventive maintenance.
- Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and network devices.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot ICT issues, minimizing downtime.
- Travel to client sites for deployment, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain logs, record, and generate performance reports.
- Support project implementation and system upgrades.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Intermediate in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in ICT operations or system support.
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, and IT troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Client-focused mindset with readiness to work efficiently at client sites.
