SalesCaptain is looking for a Clay & List Building Specialist to join our team in Dhaka.

You'll work closely with our GTM and Outbound teams to build, enrich, and manage high-quality prospect lists using Clay and connected data tools.

We work with some of the fastest-growing B2B SaaS, eCommerce, and creative-tech companies — helping them go to market with precision and scale.

What You'll Do

Build and enrich prospect lists using Clay

Connect data sources and APIs (Apollo, LinkedIn, Google Maps, Crunchbase, etc.)

Automate workflows for list building and enrichment

Maintain clean and accurate data across client campaigns

Collaborate with Outbound Strategists and SDRs to ensure pipeline quality

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in data / list building / prospect research
  • Strong knowledge of Clay (or similar tools like Airtable, Make, or n8n)
  • Experience with data enrichment and scraping tools (Apify, RapidAPI, Zenrows, etc.)
  • Tech-savvy and curious about new tools and automation
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
