We are hiring a
Social Media Executive
to handle daily social media management, customer communication, and order confirmation across our digital platforms.

Role Overview

This is a
customer-facing, communication-heavy role
combining social media management, content posting, and direct customer interaction. The ideal candidate enjoys working in the
beauty and skincare space
, is responsive, and can manage daily tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp)
  • Create and publish daily posts, stories, and updates as per content guidelines
  • Monitor and follow social media trends related to beauty, skincare, and lifestyle
  • Respond to customer messages and comments professionally (Bangla & English)
  • Call customers to confirm orders and collect post-delivery feedback
  • Coordinate with internal teams on campaigns, offers, and product updates
  • Ensure brand tone, empathy, accuracy, and confidentiality in all communications

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Bangla & English)
  • Comfortable with frequent customer interaction and phone communication
  • Practical knowledge and interest in skincare, beauty, and wellness products
  • Experience managing business or brand social media pages is preferred
  • Must have a smartphone, laptop, and stable internet connection
  • Full-time availability required (this role requires focus and consistency)

Work Arrangement

  • Remote-first position
  • Active work window:
    11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
  • Flexible working hours within this window based on task completion and responsiveness

Compensation

  • Monthly salary:
    BDT 10,000
  • Performance-based bonus linked to sales and performance metrics

Trial & Confirmation

  • First
    14 days will be a trial period
  • Salary will start after successful confirmation
  • Confirmation depends on performance, responsiveness, discipline, and communication quality

Future Growth Opportunity

If Kioraa establishes a physical office in the future, selected team members may be offered on-site opportunities.
