Social Media Executive
to manage daily social media operations and customer communication as part of our growing digital team.

This role requires consistency, strong communication skills, and practical knowledge of skincare and beauty content.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily activities across Kioraa's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp)
  • Publish a minimum required number of posts daily as per content plan
  • Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, and audience behavior
  • Respond to customer messages and comments professionally in Bangla and English
  • Call customers to confirm orders and collect post-delivery feedback
  • Coordinate with internal teams on campaigns, offers, and updates
  • Maintain brand tone, accuracy, and professionalism in all communications

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Female candidates only
    (this role involves direct engagement with a primarily female customer base)
  • Bachelor's degree completed
  • No other job or side business (full focus required)
  • Strong understanding of skincare and beauty products
  • Experience managing business or brand social media pages is preferred
  • Comfortable with customer communication and phone calls
  • Must have a
    smartphone, laptop, and stable internet connection

Work Arrangement

  • Remote-first position
  • Active work window:
    11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
  • Flexible working hours within this window based on task completion and responsiveness

Compensation

  • Monthly salary:
    BDT 10,000
  • Performance-based bonus tied to sales targets (details to be discussed)

Trial & Confirmation

  • First
    14 days will be a trial period
  • Salary will begin after successful confirmation
  • Confirmation is based on performance, discipline, and communication quality

Future On-Site Opportunity

If Kioraa establishes a physical office in the future, the selected candidate should be willing to work on-site.

    Bashundhara R/A, Dhaka
  • Salary, allowances, and office timing will be revised accordingly
