Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Dhaka. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing banking operations, optimizing workflows, supervising staff performance, ensuring operational risk management, and liaising with various departments to enhance service delivery. The role also involves analyzing processes, implementing improvements, and ensuring that all procedures comply with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Operations Management, Workflow Optimization, and Process Improvement.
  • Proficiency in Risk Management, Compliance, and Regulatory Frameworks.
  • Proven experience in Team Leadership, Performance Supervision, and Staff Training.
  • Demonstrated ability in Strategic Planning, Decision-Making, and Problem-Solving.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Prior experience in banking or financial services operations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using financial management software and technology.
  • Understanding of local and international banking laws and practices is highly beneficial.
