The Merchandising department is crucial, handling tasks such as costing, development, sourcing, and communication with buyers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser, located in Chattogram, Bangladesh. The Merchandiser will be responsible for communicating with buyers, handling costing and product development, sourcing materials, and monitoring inventory status. Day-to-day tasks include following up on fabric and accessories tracking, clearance of import materials, production status, exporting status, and payment status. The Merchandiser will play a vital role in order collection, execution, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales, Retail, and Marketing
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the garment and textile industry is a plus
