Job Description

Ostad Limited is looking for a talented MERN Stack Developer with at least
2 years of practical experience
to join our team. You'll work on building and maintaining modern, scalable web applications and contribute to both backend and frontend development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance existing front-end and back-end codebases.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following DRY and SOLID principles.
  • Develop, test, and deploy applications using the MERN stack.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement new features and improve user experience.
  • Work with RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum
    2
    years of hands-on experience
    with the MERN stack (MongoDB, , , ).
  • Frontend:
    ,
  • Backend:
    , API development
  • State Management:
    Redux, Redux Toolkit, Redux Saga
  • Version Control:
    Git
  • Good understanding of NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB.
  • Experience in Agile development workflows.
  • Familiarity with npm or yarn.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.) is a plus.

Working Hours

  • 9 hours per day.
  • 2 days off per week (Friday, Saturday).
