Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack MERN Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience working with MongoDB, , , and , capable of building efficient, scalable, and maintainable web applications from concept to deployment. You will work closely with our product and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, , , ) stack.
  • Write type-safe, maintainable code using TypeScript across both front-end and back-end layers.
  • Implement clean, responsive, and dynamic front-end interfaces with

  • Manage data storage and retrieval using MongoDB and ORMs (Mongoose or Prisma or TyprORM) ensuring high performance and scalability.
  • Integrate external APIs, third-party services, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT, etc.).
  • Implement API versioning, error handling, and input validation to ensure robust and secure backend systems.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to define and implement new features.
  • Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and reliability.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to sprint planning, team discussions, estimation, and retrospectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer using the MERN stack.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript mandatory.
  • In-depth understanding of hooks, state management (Redux/Zustand), and component lifecycle.
