Role Overview

We're looking for a
Customer Service Executive
who will be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an outstanding experience for every customer. If you have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for tech, we'd love to have you on our team

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and social media
  • Provide accurate product information
  • Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims
  • Maintain customer records and feedback to improve service quality
  • Collaborate courier company to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate count of stock and parcels.
  • Stay updated on ICE Technology's products and policies

Requirements

  • Laptop: Must have own Laptop
  • Experience:
    1+ year in customer service or a related field (Freshers with great communication skills are encouraged to apply)
  • Skills:
    Strong communication (Bengali & English), active listening, and problem-solving abilities
  • Tech:
    Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Googls Sheets and ability to use web based applications
  • Attitude:
    Positive, patient, and customer-focused
