𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Process student applications including liaising with the marketing team, recruitment partners and institution partners, ensuring timely turnaround from application to point of enrolment.

Maintain administrative processes that allow self and others to accurately deliver a high standard of service and/or provide information to relevant stakeholder's expectations.

Assist with enquiries & requests from recruitment partners.

Provide high quality administrative and customer service to the recruitment partners and institution partners.

Contribute to the quality and continuous improvement of iStock Education generally, and specifically the admission and enrolment functions.

Other relevant duties as required.

⁠Represent iStock Education and promote services to agents, international educators, and prospective students.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧/𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:

Hold a bachelor's degree or above level qualification.

Relevant work experience handling student counselling & application for Australia & New Zealand.

Strong attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to conclusion.

Quick learner and ability to adapt to internal systems.

Good computer skills include Microsoft office package.
