Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for in "Asst. Manager" position for Finance & Accounts Department with a monthly salary of BDT30,000.00 only, based in 4 branches at Dhaka and 1 branch at Sylhet. The position will responsible for day-to-day book-keeping, various accounts operations and financial reports. Details job role as below: -

·      Daily accounts ledger and book-keeping

·      Annual Financial reports

·      Oversee and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers and accounts.

·      Ensure timely and accurately posting of transactions in the accounting system.

·      Maintaining Accounts Payable & Receivable.

·      Supervise vendor payments, staff reimbursements, and supplier settlements.

·      Supervise bank reconciliation.

·      Budgeting & Forecasting.

·      Monitor budget utilization and report variances.

·      Banking & Cash Flow Management.

·      Ensure smooth cash flow management for operational needs.

·      Maintain compliance with statutory payments (e.g., VAT, tax, employee income tax etc.).

·      Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.

·      Management of Financial Reporting.

·      Preparing daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

·      Fixed Asset Management.

·      Support internal and external audit processes.

·      Guide and train junior staff.

Educational & Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Account / Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Any Accounts/Finance related professional course/training will also be an added value.
  • Previous experience as a team lead or as supervisor role is essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience Group of Company's accounts management.
  • Skills in Office Management, Procurement, and Coordination of Events.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and tools.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office especially MS Excel and Google Sheet.

Experience

  • 5 years plus experience in Accounts Operations.
  • at least 2 year as managerial / supervisor position.
