Career Advisor (Telesales Executive)

Job Description / Responsibility

(Project: Transfect Academy Bangladesh)

  • Call and follow up with students and working professionals in Bangladesh and abroad to talk about our career programs.
  • Explain Transfect Academy's bootcamp programs simply and clearly, including what learners will gain and how it helps their careers.
  • Understand each person's career goals and suggest the right learning program for them.
  • Arrange and support career counselling sessions with senior advisors.
  • Help students complete the admission and onboarding process and meet monthly enrollment targets.
  • Work closely with international teams (USA, Malaysia, and other regions) to support sales and counselling activities.
  • Support seminars, webinars, and information sessions by assisting senior advisors.
  • Keep clear and accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and enrollments in the system.

Educational Requirements

  • A Level
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters
  • Skills Required: Telecommunication Products & Services, Telesales , Manpower Recruiting, Communication in English, Presentation and Reporting, IT recruitment, Telemarketing, Team Player

Experience Requirements

  • At most 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Training Institutes, Advertising Agency, Design/Printing/Publishing, Software Company, IT Enabled ServicePRO/ Data Entry Firm, Newspaper/Magazine, Consulting Firms, Group of Companies, Immigration/Visa Processing
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • High confidence in phone-based communication and relationship-building
  • Ability to understand and clearly explain bootcamp offerings and career pathways
  • Purpose-driven mindset with the ability to articulate why our programs matter, not just what they offer
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and disciplined work ethic
  • Comfortable working night shifts aligned with international time zones
