Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and dynamic
Visualizer
to join our fast-paced
Creative Department
. You will be the crucial bridge between creative concepts and final visual execution. You will work closely with Copywriters, Art Directors, and the Client Servicing team to translate strategic briefs into compelling visual stories, mood boards and layouts that are both innovative and effective. A deep understanding of the Bangladeshi consumer psyche and the local advertising ecosystem is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm, develop, and visualize creative concepts for integrated marketing campaigns, including TVC (Storyboards), Digital (social media, Banners, etc.), Print media and Activations.

·      Develop high-quality visual layouts, mock-ups, and scamps for presentations and client pitches.

·      Produce initial design assets and work closely with final artists and designers to ensure the final output matches the visualized concept.

·      Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of global and local design, advertising and visual culture trends to ensure our work is fresh and relevant.

·      Actively participate in internal and client presentations, articulating the visual rationale behind your concepts with confidence and clarity.

·      Work seamlessly with copywriters, designers, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and high-quality creative output.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience as a Visualizer or in a creative design role within a reputed advertising agency.

Required Skills & Competencies:

·      Expert-level skills in 
Adobe Creative Suite
 (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

·      Proficiency in storyboarding software (e.g., Storyboarder, Toon Boom) or advanced Photoshop/Illustrator techniques for storyboarding.

·      Basic knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a significant plus.

·      Illustration, Motion Graphics and 3D expertise will give preference highly.

·      A strong eye for composition, color, typography, and imagery.

·      Ability to think in a visual narrative and translate abstract ideas into concrete visuals.

·      Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·      Strong time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Working Hour:

· :00 am to 7:00 pm

Salary:
