Position Overview

As a Software Engineer (Executive), you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge enterprise solutions powered by AI and cloud technologies. You'll work on complex, high-impact projects that require creativity, technical expertise, and a growth mindset. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about modern software architecture, scalable systems, and AI-driven innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade full stack applications using Spring Boot for backend services and modern frontend frameworks (React, )
• Architect and implement microservices-based systems with proper service decomposition, API gateways, and inter-service communication patterns
• Build and maintain scalable applications for backend services, APIs, and real-time processing
• Design and implement event-driven architectures using message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) for asynchronous communication and high-throughput data processing
• Develop event-based systems that handle real-time data streams, event sourcing, and CQRS patterns
• Manage cloud infrastructure and deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including containerization, orchestration, and serverless architectures
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and establish DevOps best practices for continuous delivery
• Design and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) with complex queries, indexing strategies, and performance tuning
• Lead system design and architecture discussions, creating scalable solutions that handle high availability, fault tolerance, and distributed computing
• Integrate AI tools and services into applications, including working with LLM APIs, AI agents, and automation workflows
• Leverage AI-powered development tools (like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate coding, debugging, and documentation processes
• Utilize collaborative tools (ClickUp, Confluence, Slack, GitHub, Notion) to manage projects, track progress, and facilitate team communication
• Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards and best practices (if needed)
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across the entire stack, from database bottlenecks to frontend performance problems
• Monitor application performance, implement logging and observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following SOLID principles and design patterns
• Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, continuously improving technical capabilities
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in full-stack or backend development.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Passion for AI integration, automation, and modern software practices.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, , React, or
• Experience with microservices, API design, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and DevOps pipelines.
• Good understanding of database design, query optimization, and version control (Git).

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: 45,000-50,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
