About the Role

We're looking for a Web Engineer with a strong eye for design and a deep understanding of how the modern web works. You'll use Elementor (and the broader WordPress ecosystem) to build beautiful, high-performance websites — while also learning how to incorporate AI-assisted workflows, web automation, and advanced tools that power today's fastest-growing agencies. This is not just another dev job — this is a creative+technical hybrid role built for the next generation of web professionals.


What You'll Do?

● Create responsive, pixel-perfect websites using Elementor and modern no-code/low-code tools.

● Convert Figma/XD/PSD designs or real-world references into full website builds.

● Implement reusable components, global styles, and modular templates for design scalability.

● Use AI tools for brainstorming layouts, drafting content, and speeding up implementation.

● Perform routine maintenance, speed optimization, and mobile tuning of WordPress sites.

● Document key learnings, templates, and best practices for the internal team's knowledge base.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content strategists, and marketers.

What We're Looking For?

● Elementor Pro experience is mandatory — you must be fluent in it.

● Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and basic JS for customizations and rapid tweaks.

● Ability to interpret and execute designs from Figma/XD/PSD with accuracy.

● Familiarity with modern web workflows:

○ AI tools

○ No-code builders & page speed practices

○ Basic SEO and accessibility best practices

● Familiarity with Git version control is a plus (not mandatory).

● Organized, eager to learn, and willing to follow structured onboarding & skill development plans.

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and creative studio culture.
