
Executive Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant & Research Associate. This dual-role position requires a proactive professional who can assist the executive while conducting high-quality research to aid in strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
Executive Assistance:
- Manage executive schedules, including meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Streamline and keep track of daily tasks.
Research and Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
- Compile, analyze, and present data to support decision-making.
- Draft reports, briefs, and white papers to provide actionable insights.
- Assist in project planning and monitoring based on research findings.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
- Assist with any departmental task as needed.
- Coordinate team initiatives and events as needed.
Qualification
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Working Condition:
- Willing to work all night shifts.
- Timing: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
- Hybrid: 2 Days from Office, 3 days work from home.
Core Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Canva.
Research Skills:
- Analytical mindset with the adaptability to synthesize complex information.
- Experience in data collection, analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of Industry-specific research tools and methodologies.
Personal Attributes:
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
