Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, run, and optimize
    Meta Ads
    and
    Google Ads
    campaigns to generate quality leads.
  • Manage and update the
    WordPress
    website, ensuring smooth functionality and SEO compliance.
  • Develop and implement
    SEO strategies
    (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve search rankings.
  • Write and edit engaging content for blogs, landing pages, and social media.
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with the creative and operations team to ensure effective digital presence.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Digital Marketing certifications will be a plus.

Experience Requirements

  • 2–3 years of relevant work experience.

Additional Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
  • Proficient in both Bangla and English.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary:
    BDT 18,000 – 20,000 (based on experience)
  • Mobile allowance
  • 75% bonus of gross salary
  • Provident fund
