โข Oversee and manage all web, CMS, and software development projects end-to-end
โข Master time, resource, and team allocation for deadline-driven excellence
โข Assign tasks, drive accountability, and maintain clear project documentation
โข Lead efficient daily stand-ups, progress reviews, and client update meetings
โข Communicate instantly with internal teams and clients; ensure satisfaction and service quality
โข Proactively address risks, bottlenecks, and operational challenges with maturity
โข Drive continuous improvement and instill best practices across the organization

โข Minimum 2 years' proven experience in project management within an IT/software company
โข Exceptional English fluency (verbal and written); confident client communicator
โข Demonstrated leadership, team management, and time management skills
โข Track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction
โข High emotional intelligence, collaboration skills, and problem-solving ability
โข Familiarity with CMS, design, and software development workflows preferred
โข Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
โข Professional certifications in project management are a strong plus
