We are seeking a friendly and organized Executive (Beauty Parlor)
Helping Hand to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Schedule appointments and manage the booking system.
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining client records.
- Handle client payments and process transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area.
- Assist with other tasks as needed to ensure smooth parlour operations.
Additional Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software.
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is a plus.
