Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    Acts as a primary advisor to the Managing Directors on long-term business strategy, resource allocation, and market expansion.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
    Oversees the creation of annual budgets and detailed financial forecasting models to predict future revenue and expenses.
  • Financial Reporting:
    Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of all financial statements (balance sheets, P&L, cash flow) in compliance with GAAP or IFRS standards.
  • Risk Management:
    Identifies and mitigates financial risks, including currency fluctuations, interest rates, and cybersecurity threats to financial data.
  • Capital Structure & Fundraising:
    Manages the company's debt, equity, and investments.
  • Cash Flow & Liquidity Management:
    Monitors the organization's ability to meet short-term liabilities and maintains optimal cash levels for operations.
  • Compliance & Governance:
    Ensures adherence to local regulations and implements internal controls to prevent fraud.
  • Tax & VAT:
    Lead Organizations Tax file & VAT functions as well as maintain as per compliance.

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
  • CA or CMA is must Completed.
  • ITP-Certification
  • LLB
  • [University of Dhaka ]students will get preference
  • Skills Required: Loyal, Discretion and trustworthiness, Smart and Dedicated, Organized and Disciplined, Tolerance and patience

Experience Requirements

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Additional Requirements

  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
