Job Identification

We are looking for a Finance Associate to be a part of our Finance team, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh

What We Expect
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of customer collections from distributors and key accounts into the SAP system
  • Perform knock-off in SAP by matching customer collections against corresponding billings to ensure accurate account reconciliation
  • Conduct aging analysis of receivables
  • Update pricing data in SAP and Voyage
  • Update trade promotions in SAP and Voyage
  • Upload primary schemes in SAP
  • Adjust all customer claims in SAP
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to navigate and perform financial transactions in SAP
  • Understanding of the end-to-end Accounts Receivable cycle
  • Customer account reconciliation
  • Proficiency in using Excel for data entry, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Basic financial reporting
