Accounts & Finance Executive

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger maintenance, invoicing & financial reporting.
  • Handle Letters of Credit (LC), bank reconciliations & bank statements with accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with banking policies & financial regulations.
  • Oversee import-export documentation, including customs clearance, shipping documents & duty calculations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets & forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial processes & improve efficiency.
  • Assist in audits, tax filings & regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage accounts payable/receivable & ensure timely payments.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Skills Required: Personal Banking, Financial/ Banking service, Accounts and Finance, Export Import Through LC, Multi tasking ability, Lc and Bank related functions

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import,Garments,Textile
