We're looking for a Senior Proofreader to lead quality control across all web content and blogs. This role goes beyond grammar, you'll shape content that's not only polished but also search-ready, snippet-friendly, and optimized for visibility.

What You'll Do
Proofread and refine webpages, landing pages, blogs, and pillar content

Ensure grammar, structure, and brand tone are flawless

Optimize content for SEO and AEO (snippet-readiness, FAQ formatting, schema-friendly answers)

Collaborate with strategists and SEO teams to align with user intent

Train teams on editorial tone, formatting best practices, and consistency

What We're Looking For
5+ years in proofreading, editing, or content QA (digital focus)

Proven experience with North American brands

Expertise in SEO + AEO techniques, including E-E-A-T

Strong command of editorial tools (Grammarly, Hemingway, Notion, Google Docs)

Familiarity with SEO tools (Surfer SEO, Clearscope, Semrush, Ahrefs, GSC)

Bonus if you have experience with programmatic SEO, AI-content editing, or accessibility compliance.

• Both the business and the audience are North American, so the tone needs to be set likewise.
