About the Role

Ruwaifi Studio Ltd is looking for a proactive and organized professional to manage our Fiverr account, communicate with international clients, and handle outreach marketing.

The ideal candidate will support our CEO in day-to-day communication and help generate new business opportunities through effective marketplace and outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities

Fiverr Account Management

Manage daily Fiverr messages, inquiries, and pre-sale communication.

Prepare project briefs, proposals, and follow-up responses.

Maintain high response rate, client satisfaction, and account performance.

Assist in managing order delivery, revisions, and client updates.

Client Communication & Coordination

Communicate professionally with international clients across email, WhatsApp, and Fiverr.

Schedule project updates and ensure timely follow-ups.

Work directly with the CEO to understand project requirements and prepare communication drafts.

Maintain CRM or internal communication logs.

Outreach & Marketing Support

Conduct outreach on LinkedIn, email, and other platforms to generate leads.

Maintain targeted lists for outreach campaigns.

Assist in sending personalized messages and follow-ups to potential clients.

Support in preparing marketing materials, case studies, and portfolio updates.

Administrative & Organizational Support

Organize client files, proposal templates, and internal documents.

Prepare reports on communication, outreach progress, and Fiverr analytics.

Assist the team in coordinating tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong written and spoken English.

Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Experience with Fiverr or any freelance marketplace (preferred).

Basic understanding of WordPress, SEO, or digital marketing (bonus).

Ability to multitask and stay organized.

Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented mindset.

Familiar with LinkedIn outreach tools or CRM is a plus.
